Mardi Gras Fundraising Beer Booth - Saturday February 18th!
Join us for our Annual Mardi Gras Fundraiser! We always have a great time while working to support our organization!
Benefits of Volunteering at Mardi Gras:
- Escape the crowds and the cold in our heated tent.
- Private supply of drinks and food for volunteers.
- Access to the Jaycees port-a-potty!
We need volunteers to help staff the beer booth in the following capacities:
- Set up / Take down
- Beer and Hurricane Pourers / Servers
Serving shifts are 8:45 - 2 PM and 1 - 4 PM
Set up starts at 5:45 AM but if you can get to the booth by even 7:30 or 8 it would be a great help to the set up crew!
Due to the location of the booth, we will try to close early this year - 4 PM! Take down should last until around 6 PM.
Where: Soulard Mardi Gras, our booth will be on the east side of the parade route at the intersection of 7th and Lafayette.
Since we're on the east side of the parade route, plan on being at the booth no later than 9 AM in order to get across the street before it's closed for the parade! Our busiest time will be during the parade, so plan to get the party started early and sign up for the 8:45 shift!
